前天早上終於收到從美國寄來的包裹，裡頭是一些軟蟲假餌跟芬蘭假餌大廠Rapala出品的巴爾莎木(Balsa)製作的硬質假餌，包裹雖然是用FedEx快遞專程從密蘇里州的Springfield寄來，不過距離我下單的7/30號已經過了8天的時間。
Rapala的巴爾莎木製作路亞假餌素來以泳形活潑生動、容易晃餌及操控著稱，目前在台灣要買到Rapala出品的各式假餌其實並不太容易，一來是因為台灣本地玩路亞的族群本來就不多，再則目前市場上充斥的大多是日本廠商出產的路亞產品，因此我只好透過美國當地大型釣具連鎖超市所提供的網路訂購服務來採買Rapala的產品，只是加上昂貴的航空郵資及進口關稅之後，實際價格會比本地一般路亞的單價還要高出兩成左右，不過這也是很沒有辦法的事情，畢竟台灣本地假餌釣具市場的規模實在是太小，連個Rapala的代理商都沒有，大都得透過貿易商進水貨，而且還不一定買得到當季最新的產品。

這一次我還同時購買了13包各式各樣奇怪的軟質假餌，目前在台灣釣具店裡頭看到的軟質假餌大都是由奧鐸公司所代理的Berkley軟質假餌，除此之外其他品牌假餌並不多見，而且能夠買到的樣式跟種類也實在是太少了，每年在日本及美國市場上都會有幾百種新款式的軟蟲假餌上市，但是台灣的市場上卻始終千篇一律那幾種連泰國鱧魚看了大概都會笑出來的陳年假餌，不過實在是沒辦法啊，因此，也只好花更多的成本到國外的網站上去購買。

在購買這一小箱的假餌的過程中讓我學到了不少既寶貴又慘痛的經驗，因為是第一次跟這家美國大型釣具通路商購買，因此用自己寶貴的血汗錢買到不少教訓，這些網路購物的訣竅及陷阱等過幾天有空再找機會跟大家分享跟介紹。

I don't have any relative I know too well in US, the fee for trans would
be mad expensive I supposed...
Btw, how does the goby soft bait work for you? I read your article and
was very surprised at your catching spinibarbus(Spelling) with soft bait
(which I wanna try when I have chance), I think goby-like soft bait would
work well, but idk, did you try in your fishing?

回覆刪除Your English is really great. And your name “Leviathan” is also aggressive
and impressive.
Well, the shipping and handling fee for international buyer is really
expensive, indeed. It is about 25%~45% of total price additionally.
The goby is really living bait, but it seems not to be very effective. In
the beginning, I was thinking of alluring spinibarbus via this goby, but
it didn’t work at all.
Definitely, spinibarbus will goes after any vivid artificial bait, hard as
well as soft one. In some cases, soft significantly outplays hard baits.
Soft bait also reveals advantages in extreme fishing spots, like fast
runs, deep pools, and long distance cast. It is not popular for angler to
use soft bait fishing for spinibarbus so far.
If you goona try soft bait, take some grubs, white color, 3~4 inch in
length, with Carolina rig and carbonfluencent leader. It works in most
cases.

回覆刪除would suggest you try Cabelas with a 25% S/H surcharge. Even with the S/H
fee, it is generally cheaper than most items here in Taiwan.
So far, I haven’t made up my mind buying any items in X’mas time; then I
could not go with you any definite reply, sorry about that, really.

my life. Have you caught any in your staying in US? Would be great to hear
you telling the story of it some other time.
I notice the white grub when reading the article, and will definitely be
part of my kit when fishing sinibarbus via soft bait. Though I actually
have some different idea about the soft bait I am gonna use.
I was told and saw article on internet about how people fish sinibarbus
using loach, so I am going to use the following soft bait from ecogear.

I am so anxious to test the bait since it has been my favorite one for
no sinker rig.

回覆刪除Although tarpon is the dream in my life, unfortunately I never get any one
so far. I have a dream on fishing many exotic fish species, tarpon is
among the top of my list. Recently I am thinking of visiting India for
mahseer, one of the biggest freshwater game fish in the world.
The soft bait on the attached website undoubtedly is a good allurement for
spinibarbus. Loach is also a extremely great bait for snakehead. You
should do the test ASAP, and let me know its performance if don’t bother
you too much.

那款泥鰍型的我已經用很久了，個人是覺得拿它來釣齒尖的鳢魚有那麼點浪
費，畢竟他細長的尾部不堪鱧科利齒的洗禮(5吋的也曾一次斷)。加上鱧科魚
類多半喜好1米~1米半左右的水深，這款泥鰍在設計上固然能針對底層功略，
不過在效率上畢竟是輸同門的twin tail grub or grub，加上如果僅針對
底層，尾部的泳姿並無法如短促而頻繁抽動時來的漂亮。這可以解釋我使用
這款餌時，在中上水域咬餌的頻率較高的原因（加了內置鉛似乎也是如此)。
另外這款餌用在倒吊、汲頭勾上效果都會大打折扣。卡羅萊納則可能頗適用
於釣捲，或是直接以內置鉛的方式，模仿泥鰍在溪流急速下沉的樣態。
這包現在阿源那有三種尺寸的現貨，藍世界也有（不過顏色較偏亮色）。
然而我現階段最想購入的，是美國才有的natural sinking版本(由於一般
都是由日本叫貨，故釣具店似乎都沒有賣)。
